*Deposit (to hold space in program) - $50
*Cancellation Insurance - $25
*Babysitting Fee (pick up after 4:30 PM w/out call) - $25/hour
Volleyball Camp Tuition & Fees
Registration deadline is May 1, 2020.
All campers attending our overnight camp must be between the ages of 13-17 by May 1, 2020. NO exceptions. Day campers must be at least 10years of age by May 1st to be eligible.

Our volleyball camp begins at 9:00am on August 3rd 2020 and end on August 14th 2020 at 12:00pm.

What are your disciplinary procedures?
*Summer campers are expected to abide by the camp’s policy in regard to drugs and alcohol use. Campers are,therefore, subject to testing if camp officials have reasonable suspicion of drug and/or alcohol use. If tests prove positive, the camper may be suspended for the remainder of the camp and will have to return home early. The parents/guardians will receive no refund of fees and will be responsible for fees associated with arranging their flight.
How will my child get to and from the airport?

Are there any additional camp costs to consider?
As stated in the TUITION & FEES, all camp activities, field trips, transportation and excursions are covered in the tuition, but if your child needs additional spending money for snacks or other shopping, be sure to consider this when planning their trip.
Day campers (campers that do not spend the night) must eat breakfast at home however lunch will be provided. They may bring cash for snacks from the bookstore or for our off-campus excursions.
Campers traveling to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands should consider all trip expenses such as airfare and luggage fees, etc.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR REIMBURSMENTS WITHOUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE. IF YOU PURCHASED CANCELLATION INSURANCE, YOU MUST FILE YOUR CANCELLATION BY MAY 1ST TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND.
